You really get to take them around and do new different things. And they are still pretty little and super cute. I guess it helps that E has never been a cuddly baby - even as a teeny newborn, she hated being held (I figured I was too hot for her) - but now she's older (almost 11 months) she actually reaches for me for cuddles and puts her head on my shoulder :heart: . That said, I do get pangs every now and again when I think how quickly she is growing up.... I completely understand. She will still be super little but she won't be my squishy little baby anymore and I'm actually having a hard time coping with that. She is so close to waking and is learning so much do quickly! I am proud and excited for her but darn it, I don't want to lose my tiny baby! I actually cried last night when I went to laid her down in her bed and she smiled and waved at me before rolling over and putting herself to sleep. (But I'm not crazy. I also enjoyed not fighting her to go to sleep too.) I have been soaking up every moment I can. She isn't even 1 yet. We have a couple months for that but she is getting so big so fast, I can't even believe she was just a tiny little squishy newborn just last year.</p> <p>Anybody else experience this? How did you get over it? </p>
