that was the only way I got Cobi to sleep early on as well!

When he was that little, I tucked his legs into the panel that goes behind their back. I didn't want him getting cold!

With his head I did was pp said, I tucked it under one panel to give it some support, his head was always inward facing my chest.
this is him at 1 week old

@mediagirl: Penny loves her moby, too. When I went to a babywearing group the instructor said to tie it tighter than you think you need to. The fabric is so stretchy, that it will be just snug enough when you put her in. Not a moby expert by any means, but I cross the straps right up to her shoulder and keep her arms inside the wrap. Then turn her head to the side on my chest. Also, it may help if you fold the wrap in half while she is still so little (the "hot dog" way!). This helped me a lot and then her arms were contained in a little pouch almost. Good luck! We still love ours at nearly 4 months!

@mediagirl-flopping head was always my biggest worry with any of my carriers. Glad she was comfy enough to sleep in it for you and that the head tuck worked.

@purrpletulips: She will be 11 weeks and is still working on keeping that head up on her own. I did end up pulling out part of wrap to put over her head to help hold it in. I think that helped.

@sloaneandpuffy: I'll try that. I had wrapped it lower in the past but found I was never comfortable with it when I did.

You might want to put the waist-tie part a little lower around your hips, so you have more space for her?

When I used my Moby I would sort of tuck DD's head to one side facing middle and "secure" it under the side of the wrap. Don't recall how old you LO is but that helps support the neck when they can't do so on their own.

Well first, wow. I couldn't soothe M so I looked at the online diagram for the moby and tied it up. I put M in the hug hold and 3 minutes later, asleep. Haha.

So question, her head is pretty far out and leaning on her arm. Am I wearing it wrong or is this right? Please don't mind the shorts... I haven't gotten dressed for the day yet. :-)
