YES! Thanks for posting this - I thought I was the only one. No tips, but oh does it feel good to think that this is perhaps just a temporary thing!

It's probably just your hair growing back after losing a ton when your baby was around 3 or 4 months. I went through is with my first and am still losing hair with my second who is almost 6 months. Another fun thing about having a baby. :)

I've always had them and I think part of it is from hair breaking from being in put in ponytails all the time and the other part is from new hair growing in. I try to wear headbands or use mousse to slick them down.

Yes! I have no tips, just wanted to commiserate! My hair has been falling out like crazy, and now I have those annoying short wispy hairs. They're the worst, and I have no idea what to do with them!

I have started wearing little headbands with all my looks, or using hairspray.

My hair is a hot mess. I lost a ton at the beginning of my pregnancy, and then again at 3 months postpartum. So there's a whole lot of random lengths. The worst is the hair framing my face. It is so short and looks like I took a pair of scissors to it. Can't wait for it all to grow out.

Yup, it's your new hair growing in. I used a hair stick by Tigi to tame them.

I've been googling for an hour and found this thqt suggests it's new hair growing in... http://www.amalah.com/amalah/2012/02/hormones-my-hair-a-postpartum-update.html#.UFe5iaN5mSM

Also a lil sugar article that said to use pomade. I had not considered either of these.

Hi... Does anyone else (maybe moms who also weaned recently) have a million short little wisps poking up everywhere? I long ago resigned myself to a mom ponytail when taking care of my son (now almost 13 months!) but now it seems like if I pull it back it still looks haggard and crazy because of all the wisps sticking out by my ears and forehead. :( anyone found a good way o style it? Does anyone know hoW long it will last? Sigh. TIA!
