The doctor confirmed that it didn't look like a yeast infection and to just keep diaper cream, aquaphor , or hydrocortizone on there. And yes, my little guy's hands always migrate to his junk. He always touches it when his diaper is off but he's grabbing at his diaper and shredding the front?! </p> <p>I have some nystatin I guess I could try ? Is this just associated with heat ? He loves playing outside. He's not rashy and hasn't been on antibiotics. Help! </p>
