I'd definitely see if they can reissue it. although it's still a PITA for you!</p> <p>hopefully this will make you feel a little better (but probably won't, lol) - a few years ago I made a large purchase and had it refunded (I purchased a sidekick and then changed my mind and returned it). I never noticed the refund go through on my checking account and spent WEEKS arguing, emailing, calling with T Mobile about why I hadn't received my refund. They insisted I had. I insisted I had not. Etc. Well - just for fun, my boyfriend (now DH) insisted that I read every statement starting with the month before the whole debacle just in case...and sure enough, it'd gone through the day after the return. In my defense - what the heck goes through that fast when you're dealing with cell phone companies?! :P I just stopped calling them..I never called to explain. Every few months we get a check the amount of our health insurance. Well they fell behind and we got a really big check about a month ago. I haven't cashed it yet, but I was going to today.... and I lost it. I lost over $700. I am soo freaking mad at myself. I remember putting it "in a safe place" so I wouldn't lose it, and it's not in any of the places I remember.<br /> DH and I stayed up past midnight searching through the garbage, all our files, mail, books etc.</p> <p>Ugh I cannot even express my disgust with myself :(:( </p>
