Milk came in on day 3 with LO #2! It also felt different. With DS I remember my milk coming in being SO painful! I was so uncomfortable and engorged that I was terrified to nurse. This time I just felt more and more "full" as the day went on and after one evening feed LO was milk drunk. Much more manageable!
