<description>&#60;p&#62;my husband calls his scrotum the &#34;poop catcher&#34;. an amazing amount of poop gets caught  under there. can you give him some air time to help? the desitin might take a couple of days to work. my LO had some diaper rash when we first brought him home and i think it took 2 days to clear up with desitin.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;i put coconut oil on him for every diaper change, but i'm not sure that makes a difference--he's only had 2 very minor rashes, but i don't know if i can attribute that to the coconut oil.

<description>&#60;p&#62;LO is red under his testicles. :( we change him often and pat him dry before putting on a new dipe or cream. I noticed it yesterday and have been putting Desitin on it but it isn't getting better yet. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Anyone deal with this ?? What helped your little man ?&#60;/p&#62;
