<description>&#60;p&#62;I feel like most of the time when I call they say &#34;oh don't worry about it.&#34; &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I did get a bunch of extra sleep sacks from Zipadeezip and I felt too bad since they are a small company so I mailed them back with a note. I could have sold them for $40 each but that didn't feel right. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I had another issue with Anthropologie - I ordered 3 dresses and 1 was the wrong size, so they sent another and then refunded me for the other three I paid for even though I kept one. I returned 3 so they just assumed it was the original 3. I tried to explain it to them but they just weren't getting it so I gave up!

&#60;p&#62;This! It’s actually happened to me a lot. My husband is always building a new computer and upgrading parts and he ordered like a Dell (insert fancy specs for making the laptop fast) laptop but got sent a different one. He called the company and they sent him the correct one and told him to keep the one we got by accident. New laptop for me &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We ordered a wagon to haul to the beach and the kids stuff and they sent two. We called the company and they told us to keep the other one. Donated it to a youth sports club. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We ordered one of those mattress in a box and when the trial period was up and my back was killing me, we called to return it. They told us to keep it and refunded us the money.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I would call.  But like the above posters, if they make it too hard for you, then just keep/donate them.  Something like that happened with a medical insurance payout.  We got paid twice (like $800) and we tried to give it back, but there was just such a mess on their end that they couldn‘t figure out how to fix it.  So we gave up and kept it.

<description>&#60;p&#62;This happened to me once. I ordered a pair of expensive snow boots and was sent two pairs. I was only charged for one. I hemmed and hawed about what to do and finally decided to return the extra pair. I called the company, explained what happpened, and they sent the return label. A few days after I sent them, I got an email saying I had been refunded...so I got the boots for free. At that point I just dropped it. I had done what I could to make the situation right, and benefitted from their error.
