I have both. I take both daily lol. To me, it honestly seems that the liquid works better. I squirt it under my tongue and let it sit there for a minute before swallowing (its the fastest absorbing place to take it.) IT TASTES LIKE CRAP! I ahve the alcohol free version and it is NASTY. But seriously after a day of this my output increases dramatically.

i used the liquid because it was what my lactation consultant recommended, but the capsules seem easier. the liquid tastes very sweet like maple syrup (don't get the alcohol version which tastes like crap). and you're not supposed to drink water 15 min before or after taking the liquid.

if the capsules work just as well, i'd go with them!

I used the capsules because I didn't know how the liquid would taste (I'm not good with yucky tastes) and they were easier to find where I am.

I've recently been experiencing a supply drop. It sounds like MMP has been helpful for a lot of people. For those of you who have used MMP to help increase your milk supply, did you use the capsules or the liquid?
