<description>&#60;p&#62;My son is a super early riser, especially when he sleeps through the night. He goes to bed at 7 (on occasion 7:30) and often wakes at 5 and is WIDE awake after getting fed. For the past week I have been diligent about leaving him in his crib after the feeding (usually will give him a lovey/animal) and he'll roll around, coo, play, and eventually protest a little bit....BUT usually after 30/45 minutes he falls back asleep for another hour or so! Meaning that we can start our day at like 6:45 rather than 5....which is so much better for naps and daycare. I'm hoping that eventually he just sleeps a little longer, but for now, I celebrate the small victory.
