Aww... :(. Have you tried saline nose sprays? I use it whenever my kids have congestion from being sick and it helps. I would use it right before I feed my LO. Hope it's just temporary and it goes away.

Have you tried a humidifier? I was told to use ours when LO is congested.

My LO has been suffering from morning congestion and I'd have to hold her sleeping up. She's not so stuffy that she can't breathe, but you can hear her struggling when I lay her down. I use the snot-sucker and that usually does the trick, then there are mornings like today when it just doesn't work completely.

I can never hope to transition her into her crib like this. It's starting to affect her eating (as of yesterday). Whenever I bring it up during her appointments, I'm disregarded because she's gaining weight and healthy, plus she's never congested during her appointments. Last time the nurse just recommended a saline solution and she acted like she's never heard of NoseFrida, which is weird because its from here!

I'm starting to realize this is an actual problem. Aside from morning sleep issues, I've been skipping tummy time since she gets congested when she's on her tummy.

How did you deal with morning congestion? Is it something they eventually grow out of?
