Definitely drink lots of fluid and eat every 3 hours (or more) if you can. I know for me, if I go even 15 minutes past 3 hours (since my last meal), I start to feel sick again! Eating immediately helps me. Hopefully eating and drinking more often will help you too. Good luck!

I had horrible morning sickness too, at 7 weeks I started trowing up about 4 times a day so my doctor prescribed me with ondansetron. it helped but my all-day morning sickness didn't stop until about 21 weeks =[ pop-sickles and crackers helped a little bit. Hopefully yours will go aways soon!!

Unisom and b6 combo worked really well for me. I only had to take it for two weeks when it was getting bad. I still felt nauseous but not like I wanted to lay in bed all day feeling sick as a dog.

Man do I feel your pain. I know it's hard, but drink a lot of water and try to always have something in your stomach. I had a prescription for Zofran, maybe you can ask your doctor about that? It helped me a little, some days more than others but every little bit helped. I hope you are able to find something that works for you!

Eat/drink anything with ginger in it? Having something in my stomach helped too. When I didn't eat, I got more nauseous.

I'm six weeks one day, and morning sickness just hit me like a ton of bricks. Actually, let me rephrase that. Not morning sickness, all-day sickness.
Something I didn't expect is being really shaky and lightheaded. I feel like I'm going to pass out all the time.

I'm out of town for a wedding, so hiding this pregnancy while dealing with major nausea, dizziness, and exhaustion is getting tough.

I bought Sea Bands today, but I'm going to have to wear them with long sleeves or else they are a total give-away.

Any other ideas for coping with this and keeping our little Sesame under wraps?
