@Mrs. Sunshine: how funny! Your body must just go back to craving comfort foods from your past. I also ate bagel bites while I was pregnant - something I would never eat on a regular basis now!

@alphagam84: I usually have some kind of veggie hash at breakfast so just a bagel or just oatmeal seems so crazy to me but I have 2 other kids that I'm having to push through to care for, I have no desire to have to push through my meals too!

Some things I've eaten recently:
- boiled eggs and toast
-toaster waffles
-oatmeal
-banana and apple sauce (mixed with chia seeds)

My biggest issue is that I'm feeling sick in the evenings, after dinner now, and I'm not hungry... up until now, I've been able to curb it with food :bummed:

@psw27: it's funny that you mention brown sugar pop tarts because I almost bought some at the store this morning. I haven't eaten them in years either but in junior high my best friend and I would make them and then put butter on them and that sounds so good right now!

Thanks for all the suggestions, yall. I think I'm going with an everything bagel in the morning since savory sounds better than most sweet stuff.

Jello because it was easy to throw up and didn't have too much of an odour. Cream of Wheat for the same reasons. I had a stash of ice pops too and drank Pedialyte.

I did a lot of bagels and toast. Eventually I did breakfast sandwiches (bagel with egg cheese and bacon). I could never eat nothing, I always felt way worse on an empty stomach.

I felt pretty crappy so I would eat peanut butter on toast or crackers, brown sugar pop tarts (I have no idea why, I hadn't eaten one in probably 10+ years before I was pregnant) and lots of bagels with cream cheese.

I ate toast with butter on it. Often with a side of ginger ale. Sometimes a banana. I'm a really healthy eater so I was horrified to have pop at breakfast but you gotta do what you gotta do!

Frosted Flakes. I pretty much only ate them while having ms. And I ate a ton of them. Probably had at least 2-3 bowls per day. I seriously allowed myself anything at all because if I tried to fight it it just made me feel worse.

@avivoca: good idea about the juice. I've been downing super lemon-y water...I may make a pitcher of it to keep it fridge and ask DH to grab me some before he leaves for work. I do start to feel better after 3 or 4 glasses of that in the am.

What did you eat for breakfast with morning sickness? I'm one of those people that really feels worse when I don't eat (though eating doesn't feel great right now either). Last pregnancy I was super into toaster waffles but this time just the thought of them makes my stomach turn (likely because they remind me of being sick lol). I've been eating plain oatmeal but it's hard to choke down. What did you eat when you felt like nothing sounded good?
