I was lucky and never had m/s and neither did several people that I know. I know how to control it better for sure. I was super miserable at the very beginning when I didn't have a handle on eating frequently and overeating during meals. I can't wait to want to eat, not feel like I have to eat in general.</p> <p>As morning sickness has gotten under control, I'm noticing heartburn at 10-11 weeks. By 12-13 it was mostly gone.
