Before I got Diclectin, I ate pretty much constantly to try and avoid the nausea getting really bad. I liked frozen fruit, almonds, and granola bars as quick snacks that helped my stomach.

Chimes ginger chews were a lifesaver for me, they gave me about a 15 minute window without nausea so I could eat a little. Also Otter Pops and lemon lime Gatorade. I also lived off of bagels and cream cheese for this last pregnancy.

nothing cured it, at 14 weeks it seems to be leveling off. here's what helped:

unisom + b6 (still taking this)
constantly drinking seltzer with lemon
lemon and orange hard candies
reed's ginger beer
plain bagels, white rice, plain pasta
eating carbs + protein in the morning (egg whites or peanut butter on toast)

Eating constantly! Drinking freezing cold milk and having a full tummy all the time even when I didn't want to eat.
Nothing worse for nausea than an empty belly.

I religiously used the ginger chews from a brand called Reeds. Here's some of their ginger products here: http://reedsinc.com/product-category/reeds-ginger-products/

I also use the same chews when not pregnant as they help with all my upper tummy issues.

I know you said you used ginger... not sure what form of it but maybe a different way of taking ginger would help? Like a ginger soda (which Reeds also has). S'all I can offer I'm afraid, but good luck. *hug*

Zofran. And some kind of carb paired with a lot of fat and protein. I eat sausage McMuffins, fatty Pizza Hut pan pizza, or a fried chicken sandwich when I'm super queasy and it settles my stomach for some odd reason. I also drank a lot of Gatorade. Unisom B6 did nothing for me, although I know it helps others. I also drank a lot of hot water - somehow the warm water settled my stomach.

Unisom and B6 helped although I eventually had to add zofran in during the day too. Sour things are slightly more palatable than other options, lemonade is about all I drank for several weeks. Mostly though I have been sleeping a lot and relying on medication. If you start to feel like you need it push for your doctor or midwife to help you find a combination of things that works for you. They told me if I couldn't keep anything down for 24 hours to go in for fluids but later they revised it and if I wasn't able to urinate at least every 6-8 they want me to go in (overnight didn't count.)

I had no luck with the wristbands, they mostly just hurt to me. The biggest thing that helped was eating small meals/snacks throughout the day- something like an orange or ginger cookies was about all I could stomach. Hunger makes it worse though, so at least trying to eat something and stay "full" was important.

But nothing helped as much as Zofran, and trying to nap as much as possible, which I know is harder with LOs!

My first pregnancy - eating carbs and sweets helped. I lived off of cereal, bagels, hard candies, mint mentos, veggie subs or BLT sandwiches.

The carbs and sweets aren't really working this time. I've tried ginger and citrus and that's not really helping either. What helps one day doesn't help the next day :-/

I did get those sea bands for my wrists and that seems to help. I'd love to hear what worked for you :)
