I found that ice-cold water with lemon slices really helped settle my stomach. I also drank tons of ginger tea and 7Up.

I've had a sweet aversion my entire pregnancy, so liquids were very hard. I went through phases, first all I could drink was Minute Maid Light Orange Juice (all others too sweet), then it was VitaWater Zero (just enough flavor to not taste like water), now I can finally drink water, the trick is room termperature not iced (or it makes me sick). At restaurants I'm able to drink iced cranberry juice with club soda. Good luck!!

Almost everything I drank tasted gross to me, even plain water. I started flavoring my water with the flavors made for the SodaStream soda maker. It worked for me.

When I was SUPER nauseous, I would munch on ice chips all day long. Sometimes I would make my own flavored ice chips (lemon). For some reason, ice chips made me feel much better!

Lemonade was my savior when having M/S. Also, seltzer water with a splash of cranberry and squeeze of lime... I love bubbles though. You could just do a squeeze of lemon or lime in the seltzer water if cranberry is no good. Good luck!

For me the temperature of the drink mattered. I could keep down hot herbal tea, when nothing else worked... but it had to be hot.

My midwife suggested this remedy- take a cold 7up and drink 2oz very quickly (think shot). Wait 5 min. Then do it again. U need real 7up (not sprite) and it has to be cold (but no ice). I am having twins and never got sick. Only use when u feel sick, not all day. Hope it helps.

Homemade chicken broth always made me feel better. Also try a strong honey ginger tea - grate ginger into a cup, pour hot water and let it steep. Then add honey and strain the ginger pieces out.

I've been loving lemonade my entire pregnancy. Bottled is good, but it is super easy (and cheap!) to make. I usually keep a bit pitcher in the fridge. Also, watermelon blended, and mixed with a little water and lime juice was good, especially ice cold. Just a little sweet, but really refreshing (and you get both fruit and water, score!). Good luck, morning sickness just sucks!

I've been drinking cherry juice mixed with grape juice (and sometimes a touch of papaya juice if it's too sweet). I've also been choking down Bolthouse Farms mango protein drink--it tastes good, except for when I'm nauseated which is about 20 hours of the day, but I need a way to get more protein and food is appalling to me right now.

Cranberry juice is evil. Evil, bad cranberry juice. Gatorade is DELICIOUS. (For the record, I usually hate Gatorade with a passion.) If I have more problems, I'll look for the wellness tea, and I'm also going to make it a point to have honeydew, cantaloupe, and brothy soups on hand. Already drinking milk/using it in oatmeal when I can manage (milk and graham crackers was my dinner last night). Thank you, ladies!

Milk? Tea? To be honest any fluid you can keep down at the moment is a good fluid, if your m/s only occurs once or so in the day you can make up the water requirement later on.
