I try to tell them how to write the orders so that things will get covered and they don't listen. So then things are written incorrectly and I have to page them a thousand times to get them to fix it. The patient gets mad because they're waiting to leave but they can't because I can't order the things because the doctor can't be bothered to listen to a lowly social worker!
