It's lemon flavoured drops. We've been using it as a family and we're no where near the end of the bottle and we've been using it since sept! My multivitamin has 400 so I just need 6000 more daily. My head is swimming from trying to calculate the price per dose of all the different options. I wasn't great at remembering to give LO1 the drops so I want to try taking the pills myself this time. </p>
