I got cheap tiny chewables in mint flavour. Not sure if it comes in other concentrations, but I think it was $8. Definitely under 10

I just buy a 5000 IU capsule from my local grocery store - it's about 8 dollars for a big bottle. Cheap.

We take this one: Genestra D-Mulsion 1000. It's lemon flavoured drops. We've been using it as a family and we're no where near the end of the bottle and we've been using it since sept! I give a small drop to DD and do a stripe on my finger and dh's finger.

Has anyone done recent research on the most cost effective way to get 6000 I.U. of vitamin D? My multivitamin has 400 so I just need 6000 more daily. My head is swimming from trying to calculate the price per dose of all the different options. I wasn't great at remembering to give LO1 the drops so I want to try taking the pills myself this time.
