They waited like 10 hours, then tried to induce labor to start and according to her, nothing happened and when they were over 24 hours since her water broke they ended up having to do a c-section. I definitely felt it. It was like walking around with a bowling ball between my legs. Sadie was born with a nice ridge on her head too! I was 4.5 the morning of my induction at 40+2. My water broke at 38+6 and I went into labor and gave birth at 39 weeks. My OB said she also was around 5cm for a week or two. Before that I'd never heard of anyone being that dilated and not in labor. I was like umm isn't 5cm halfway??
