I was wearing my cheerleading outfit during lunch one day and I was sitting against a wall with my knees propped up against my chest. The CUTEST guy (I had the biggest silent crush on him forever) walks right by me and goes "Hey. Nice wings." and starts chuckling with his friends. So I turned to my friend and I said "Huh? What did he mean by that?" And we both had no clue. Well a few minutes later, my other friend walks by and goes "Pst. Your wings are showing." I asked her what she meant by that and she pointed to my panties and I realized that I was wearing a maxi pad with wings. And the wings were wrapped on the outside of my briefs (the undercover you wear over your panties under your cheerleading skirt). So you can totally see the wings from the position I was sitting. It was an individual bathroom with no stalls, and the lock on the door was iffy. I was sitting on the toilet when the (rather dreamy) high school president of the youth group barged in and we locked eyes. For some reason, I decided to START STANDING UP (to try and close the door again?) and he backed out quickly. Thank God I was wearing a skirt and had hiked it up to sit on the toilet, so when I stood up, the skirt covered my girly parts. I was so nervous, and I was walking through the halls with my friend (the only person I knew in the whole high school) well we must have been joking around about something while walking down the stairs. Well I missed the first step and I tumbled down the rest of them (somersault and everything!) I got up as quick as I could, and people were standing around me asking "Are you ok??" I was getting gas and at the gas station a boys high school sports team was having a car wash. I was trying to show off in my cool car .... and on the way out I ran into the curb on the gas pump and popped a tire (the first of 3). </p> <p>My dad was very cool about it. I was in college and getting off the shuttle bus that takes you to your parking lot. I was talking on my phone as I went down the steps and apparently wasn't paying attention, because I missed a step and fell out face first onto the concrete. As I was getting on the school bus, I realized I forgot my field hockey stick. I asked the driver to wait and ran down my driveway. I hit a patch of black ice and landed on my back. After a moment, I lifted my arm and waved the bus on. Thankfully, my mom was still home. She helped clean me up (I ruined my awesome tights) and drove me to school. Falling in front of the whole bus was beyond embarrassing. </p> <p>What is your most embarrassing moment from your childhood? </p>
