I think we'll try a farmers market. We're also going to have a family potluck. The working ladies have so little time with their partners on weekdays they don't want to do activities without them on the weekends. All of our kids are in the "too mobile to cart around but not yet walking" stage, so it's easier to stick to someone's house. We've been going to weekly play dates for our age group Jan-June '13. Most of the play dates are in other members homes or a park. We've also met outside the county office to get birth certificates and a pottery painting studio to make first Father's Day gifts.</p> <p>What fun things have you done with LO's play groups? </p> <p>I'd also love to hear if you started with a play group on maternity leave.
