12 months because we were nursing, but our pedi told us MOTN feedings were not necessary past 6 months. It's more out of habit then anything.

We did dreamfeeds before we went to bed around 10pm and eventually he dropped the 4am feed and slept through until morning around 3.5 months? We stopped the dreamfeeds around 4.5-5 months.

About 5 months. Our pediatrician said the same thing as @SweetiePie: and we used a similar method to get her sleeping in 12 hour stretches (super easy and worked great!).

Last night (LO is 14.5 mo) was the first night LO didn't nurse and just took about 0.5 oz WCM. We have slowly slwoly been phasing them out and DH has been taking MOTN wake ups. LO wasn't thrilled but it happened! We'll see how it goes from here. If it was up to her she'd nurse all night. :meh:

DS stopped MOTN feedings around 7-7.5 months. Once he had gone a solid 4-5 days without waking up for a feeding and was consistently eating enough during the day, I figured he had demonstrated he could go without. I think we had maybe one or two sporadic nights where he woke up out of habit, but I sent DH in (we never did MOTN bottles, just nursing) and he got the message pretty quickly.

Mine is 7 months and we're in the same place. My first slept through the night around 3 months, so this is new territory for me.

My ped said absolutely at 4 months that he didn't need it and wasn't hungry. It was just habit and comfort. She had me reduce the bottle little by little over a week and then do some CIO until he stopped waking for it. Whole process took maybe 2 weeks and he's been STTN 12-13 hours ever since!

I believe that it is for comfort because he never noticed a difference between 5 ounces or 2 ounces! Just sucked till it was gone and back to sleep. If he was truly hungry, I feel he would have noticed a difference and it wouldn't have been so easy to drop it entirely.
ETA: so maybe try to reduce a bottle by an ounce or two and see if LO notices? If not, it may be time!

My plan was to stop feeding after age 1 but both kids started STTN on their own at age 1 so I never had to do anything

Our baby is coming up on 9 months old, when she wakes up MOTN I still make her a bottle and she drinks it/goes right back to sleep. I know she doesn't *need* it because she will sleep through the night but I feel like the only reason she wakes up is because she's hungry. When did you stop giving MOTN bottles/feeding sessions?
