<description>&#60;p&#62;@Alba4:  that’s terrible... we were told to have our LO swish Milk of Magnesia in their mouth like mouthwash and spit. I can’t remember how many times a day the ped recommended that. Our 6yo felt like it definitely helped him.

<description>&#60;p&#62;My boys both had/have coxsackie this week.  Luckily they have been mild cases (neither boy ran and fever and the majority of blisters are in the mouth).  My DS1 (5) is pretty miserable right now since he can’t swallow or eat without pain.  Other than giving pain meds every 4-6 hours and eating milkshakes, does anyone have suggestions or recommendations.  Poor kid is so sad.
