Crest Pro-Health is a good non-alcoholic mouthwash. As long as you have a good brushing/ flossing routine, you should be good, I always recommend using a mouthwash at least once a day (it can't hurt, just helps!) Listerine has a high alcohol content as an inactive ingredient (about 27%) Over time, it can dry out and aggrevate your gums. Well, I didn't even think about it and I've been using my regular Listerine Total Defense for this whole 27 weeks. Is that bad? I hope I didn't hurt the baby.... </p>
