I need to remind myself to borrow it.</p> <p>@Keybee: Our instructor showed us two videos but only parts of it and they were quite dated... Maybe that's why we only saw certain parts. It's pretty much the same as the book but you can watch it in an hour or whatever instead of reading it. Plus I found it helpful to see his swaddling technique. </p> <p>Our birth class also included a video of three real births.
