<description>&#60;p&#62;There's a documentary called Babies you might like. You're right, most of the depictions in sitcoms/dramas (himym, friends, parenthood) deal very little with actual baby care. I didn't watch too much of it, but there's also the TV show Up All Night.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I feel like not many shows or movies depict how difficult the 0-6 month stage is. Each child is so different, and the realities of sleep, nursing, feeding and diapering are blasé entertainment. We don't have entire villages of women to help with child care any more, meaning it's not as easy to observe and learn these traditions. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I wish I could simply live in a village and observe some experienced mamas!&#60;br /&#62;
Can anyone think of any movies or videos that depict the details of taking care of an infant under 6 months of age?
