<description>&#60;p&#62;you could do it gradually, or if her schedule one day happens to lend itself towards an earlier bedtime, you could do the bedtime routine then. our schedule was all over the place and i knew that eventually it would have to be 5.30 or 6pm, so one day when LO woke up from a nap about 4.30 or 5, i decided that would be the day i implemented the new bedtime routine and time.&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;Never done it.... but id try to do it gradually.  15 minutes early for a few days, then 15 minutes earlier again for a few days, etc. It worked for us to adjust to daylight savings time changes.&#60;/p&#62;
