How did you know that your LO was ready to move to one nap a day? My 11 month old seems to be going through something. Sometimes she takes a short 30 minute nap and then fights her second nap. When she does finally falls asleep, it's for 1.5-2 hrs. We often have to wake her up so she doesn't sleep too late. She used to be pretty consistent with her napping--every 3.5 hrs for 45 min-1.5hr--but now she just seems like she doesn't want to nap, not rubbing her eyes like she used to,etc...

What signs did your LO give you that made you think they were ready? Did you ease him/her into over the course of a few days? Did your LO still have 2 nap days during the transition?
