We've been co-sleeping the past few weeks because DS was sick also, but now that he's better, I try putting him in his crib. It's hit and miss. On the miss, I get tired of trying to put him to sleep in his crib and just bring him into bed with me. Or he goes to sleep fine, but after his first MOTN feeding, he won't have it so back to my bed we go. I'm starting to sleep train a bit, but hearing him cry for 20+ minutes in the wee am hours suck!

How many nights of sleep training did you do before she STTN? Congrats btw! I'm sure uninterrupted sleep is pure bliss!!

Dear Mr. Sandman,

Thank you for giving us (the whole family) our first uninterrupted night's sleep in I don't even know how long. I don't want to hope that it'll continue, but it would be soooo wonderful if it did.

We re-sleeptrained DD at almost 17 months. A few weeks ago, she had a cold and all of her molars were coming in at the same time. We started letting her sleep in bed after numerous night wake-ups, and we've been paying the price since. Her sleep was absolutely horrible!

These last few days since letting her CIO during night wake-ups have been rough, but last night (please, please let it continue) have made it worthwhile! Just throwing it out there for anyone that's on the fence about sleep training at 16 months.
