I also has anesthesia that evening and was told to pump and dump for 48 hours. The hospital said to pump and dump for 24-48 hours. I contacted my local LLL leader for more information and used their feedback to decide how to proceed. (I began nursing DD again about 22 hours afterwards and within an hour of hearing back.) Do you know what solution you were given?
