<description>&#60;p&#62;We have FPIES here, but I avoided all forms of soy, including soy oil and soy lecithin. Theoretically your LO should be able to tolerate them because they are highly refined and the proteins have been removed, but that is not the case for all LO's. Unfortunately the only way to know if they are something your LO would be able to tolerate is by trial and error. Every LO is so different so what works for some might not work for another.
