I ate dairy (1 freaking bite!) accidentally over Christmas, and since I EP, I just used my frozen stash for 3 days, hoping the worst of it would be out of my body by then. </p> <p>It made me sade, because it made a big dent in my frozen stash--something like 90 oz gone. And since I had to start my stash all over after getting the MSPI diagnosis, I've never had as much. So about 3-4 full days. How long did it take for your LO to go back to normal? I accidentally had soy on Thursday night and Friday night and her poop is still green. And she is going poop frequently still. She was down to 3x a day but since Friday she keeps waking herself up with poop! </p>
