Also, it is a good idea to do soy first and wait 2 weeks before trying dairy. I tried around 7 months with a little baked cheese bc the proteins are more broken down therefore easier to digest.<br /> Over the next few months I had a little dairy here and there. About 3 weeks ago I had ice cream (a wk before she turned 1) and she did fine!
