I was so excited thinking that labor was starting but when I told my doctor she wasn't impressed. She said that people can tend to lose the mucus plug weeks before birth. Good thing I had an Ob check up first thing the next morning. It was crazy looking and beautiful.<br /> Everyone else says theirs looked like a huge booger, but mine was long, stringy, and had pinkish/white/cloudy strands running through it. I'm guessing the rest came out when the doctor broke my water the next day.
