Then she got pregnant with another set of twins, miscarried one, and had my brother. Once you have twins once, you're statistically more likely to have them again. So does this mean I have a higher chance of having multiples again? Hmmm</p> <p>I only know of one person, dh's step aunt. She had twins but one was stillborn &amp; later she was pregnant with triplets but had and early miscarriage &amp; lost one of the three. She still had the twins. It was all natural. </p>
