MIL gifted it to us. It works, and you can adjust the volume, and the effect (i.e., light up, move, music). Be aware though that the water does evaporate. I am going to hack ours soon and add more water. Now it's a downstairs toy only. :wink: they do have sea horses with glowing bellies that play music that they like.
