I also woke up in shock (and also painfully engorged and laying in a puddle of milk!). You may just have a good sleeper on your hands. Ever since DD did it the first time it's been pretty much the standard, save for a couple blips on the radar during growth spurts. He was a preemie and had to eat every 3 hours and we were trying to keep him used to the crib (he'd been in a crib in NICU). We were setting alarms to get up every 3 hours to feed him and I slept through my alarm(s!!) but he was totally okay. He ate more at his next feeding and was totally totally fine. </p> <p>I still panicked and felt like a horrible mom and posted about my mom fail on HB. And they all said the same thing, relax, you're doing great! Last night she fell asleep on me after nursing around 9pm (her usual bed time- she's a night owl!). I did a dream feed at 11 and put her down in her crib. At some point in the night I guess our video monitor died, and the next thing I know, it's 6 am and I bolted out of bed to see my sweet daughter happily looking around her room! She accidentally STTN! </p> <p>All this would be fine except for the part where the monitors battery was dead. I feel like she woke up crying and we didn't hear her, and I just feel like last night was one huge mom fail. What if she was crying and I wasn't there for her?! FTR, her nursery shares a wall with my room, so I *think* I would have heard her if she was crying... But I just don't know.</p> <p>Did anyone else's LO accidentally STTN? Did you wake up panicked like I did? Feel free to tell me I'm being irrational, DH has been telling me that all morning. :-/ </p>
