I ended up going to the bathroom and hand expressed just for relief!!! We went to the Hollywood Bowl and there wasn't anywhere for me to pump (unless you counted the restrooms, which were ALWAYS packed) and I didn't want to lug my giant double electric up to the nosebleeds. By the time the concert ended (we had gotten there early to picnic, too), they were ROCK HARD. Then I had to drive home for an hour (my arms were all awkward because my boobs hurt so much!) and by the time I got ready to pump and took off my shirt, my nursing pads were SOAKED and milk literally sprayed everywhere. Not a fine mist, but like a machine gun.
