My BP when I got there was 181/96. Fortunately it did go down to about 149/80. They did a few tests and said I did have "a small trace of protein in my urine"<br /> They sent me home with stuff to do a 24 hour urine collection and I have to go back tomorrow and be monitored again.<br /> Other then pregnancy hypertension what could cause protien in my urine? That way you know if the reading is accurate or not. </p> <p>I honestly would go in just for peace of mind. Is it still high when you do all those things?</p> <p>If so, call your doc (you may want to call either way). The average is about 140/93 ish. I normally have 120/70 BP. </p> <p>I have had some random swelling I my feet and legs. I assumed it was from salt intake. I did have some things with lots of salt those days. What made me concerned is I have a slight headache. Nothing bad. I threw up suddenly this morning and dizzy for a few hours afterward. Im fine now. I thought it was a stomach bug. My son had one this weekend. However I'm fine and have no thrown up since.<br /> I'm just thinking maybe my machine is wrong or maybe I'm on edge or somthing.<br /> I guess my question is should I be concerned? I've taken my BP about 2 times I the past few hours. </p>
