I didn't know this happened and went to pull the pad out - and OMG.</p> <p>what can I put on my nipples if anything to soothe them? or prevent the (cloth!) pads from sticking? should I stick with the disposables, which I never had an issue with?</p> <p>I'm obviously not breastfeeding yet so I'm not entirely sure what to do. </p>
