So took my temp today as usual and it's spiked again by a whole degree. Should any of the expert eyes give my chart a once over and explain what it could mean? I had severe cramping yesterday afternoon (dull cramping all day, but was very bad in the afternoon) and this morning I felt a. It weak so hubby made me have some breakfast (don't usually).
