Update they stopped leaking. I'm an idiot and it was just a sizing issue! Thanks @@aprk: for the tip! Saved me a bunch of frustration.

Hopefully it's a fit issue and not a repelling issue. We had to strip ours with Dawn and like 8 hot washes. Our issue wasn't repelling, but smell.

Most leaks are fit issues. Try unsnapping one row on the rise. We could only make it to 17.5-18 lbs before moving to the middle rise. They started to sag on the smallest rise, causing some leakage.

@stargal: When P has leaked out the actual front (not top, but front) it's because she went "through" the diaper. She started doing that after only like an hour of wearing the diaper so that's why we're getting a new stash! I hope the adjustment helps with the leak issues though! If not.. you could always de-stash and go to fitted! I seriously love them!

Hmmm.... the only aio we used were the nb bg & P started wetting through them pretty early (she's a heavy wetter) so we moved her to pockets & now we're re-stashing to fitteds b/c at 13 months she's started leaking through her pockets (we can't double stuff b/c it'll make her dipe gap at the legs).

Was the leak totally in the front or along the side like wicking out the leg hole? If the diaper is too tight/small it could cause it to leak so maybe try adjusting it to different sizes. P's are all the way snapped in the waist & have 1 snap open on the hip snaps for her FB size sm.. Her OS are mid rise & all snaps snapped.

A had this problem and we actually made the diapers bigger (taller) and unsnapped everything. It was counterintuitive to me, but adjusting the rise so it came up to his belly button allowed for the leg opening to tighten up. They also say that for the microfiber to absorb there was to be pressure, so the low, saggy diaper was making it leak.

ETA: A is only 7.5 weeks so it was crazy to have him in the biggest diaper size but so far so good

urgh, we have been having alot of diaper leaks so i stripped them by doing a couple hot washes with no det. and they are still leaking!!! we use bum genius AIO and we had 2 leaks on him today! First leak was back but pocket then second leak was front pocket of Piers jeans.
maybe poor fit?!?!? hes 19 pounds and he is all the way snapped up leaving two buttons in the front left open. the leg holes are snapped all the way up to the tightest setting but you can still "see" air by his thighs...but i cant make them any tighter....also the diaper is quite low in the front, a good inch or two below his belly button (but i cant make it go up higher without making the thigh opening to big!) ahh help!!
