Whenever he bites me, I say "No biting!" and pop him off and if he seems like he's going to do it again, we stop nursing. I've found she does it when she isn't really hungry. But yeah... She drew blood once. Not fun. Don't bite mommy!" And popped her off. If she did it again I ended the nursing session. I eventually got to a point where I could sense the change in her jaw and anticipate when she was about to bite and pop her off before it happened.
