My left is smaller and perkier and I've always liked it better for that reason. Leftie has always been a bit smaller, and when nursing DS1, it definitely produced less. With DS2, still the same thing, but my right seems to make up for it, with overproduction! My left side got all kinds of clogs and stuff too. Right side never had a problem. Pumping I'd always produce 2 or 3 oz less on the left side than the right.
