GRRR! He would actually walk up to my office, take them from my desk, and draw with it in his room. When I walk in he would really be startled as he would jump. It was extremely annoying. The last time he did it I literally took him right there and we went to Michaels and buy him his own color pencils (I swear he had a whole box of color supplies that includes color pencils).
