If nothing else it has made me relax when DS nurses and he now is much happier and less fussy when nursing. Pumping started hurting for me around 5 weeks, it ended up being thrush but all dr told me was to put lomitrin(sp?) on. It didn't help so I ended up getting gentian violet which helped temporarily. The most effective was Grapefruit Seed Extract(GSE) pills. I've been pumping 3x a day for the past week now that I've returned to work but was pumping some before returning. </p> <p>I'm also not pumping enough to cover DS' bottles while I'm away. Taking More Milk Plus, drinking lots of water and Mother's Milk tea. Hesitant to try power pumping because of the soreness. Suggestions/sympathy on both or either??? </p>
