LO turned 9 months a couple weeks ago and a month ago I dropped to 2 pumps/day at work and then she started STTN when we sleep trained at the beginning of the month. AND my cycle returned... perfect storm.<br /> It's started to come back a little bit but I was making 2-3 ounces a day more than I am now. Hopefully yours returns a little more, too as she passes the 9 month mark and (hopefully?) whatever is stressing you at work settles down.<br /> We're so close!! It was going fine! Supply stayed in tact no problems for weeks. Even had a surplus last week! But this week it has just not gone well! I've been under a lot of stress at work and whatnot, and my supply always seems to ebb and flow....but I'm ready for the 'flow ' part to be happening again! </p> <p>I had planned to drop down to three pumps a day starting next week (when she turns 9 months old) but there's no way I can do that now that my milk is decreasing on 4x a day. Oh this journey!</p> <p>I actually added a pump yesterday which helped....but that's not the direction I want to go in lol! </p>
