<description>&#60;p&#62;@BrentLee88:  I think if you are still TTC you don't need to worry about the iron so much. According to my books, you start needing the extra iron more when your blood supply is increasing, so a few months into the pregnancy, really. Since you eat a balanced diet anyway, I'm sure you are fine to keep with them until you go for your first prenatal appt when the time comes. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;For me, I'm lactose intolerant and know I have a hard time getting enough calcium, so I made sure my prenatal had enough of that, even while TTC-- but I would have anyway, regardless of TTC status, because I have to limit my dairy.

<description>&#60;p&#62;i have a question my VitaFusion Prenatal Vitamin gummys dont have iron and calcium in them, i know i gets tons of calcium in my diet, but when it comes to iron idk if i should take iron tablets or just eat certain foods with iron, i been eating whole grain cereal every morning that has 45% of iron in it, is that enough a day? or should i get something else to help out?
