One of ours would wake up screaming with gas pain and I would have to do a bunch of massaging and leg exercises to get him to be able to relax again. Poor guy. Baby probiotics helped, and gripe water was "ehh" for the gas, but worked for other things. We could see absolutely no change with the gas drops. I nurse him first. His gas was waking him up! I just made sure to burp her midway and after and when she slept, I made sure it was slightly elevated. Sitting on my knee while I held up her little head with my hand under her chin while I patted her back worked best for us.
