LO is just over 3 weeks old and a champion nurser. The one nipple that comes with the pump is labeled as a "wide base nipple," but Medela sells both slow- and medium-flow wide base nipples. I can't find anything that says how fast/slow the one in the box is! Does anyone know?! </p>
